We unconditionally guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or if you encounter any problems with you order, we will be happy to accept a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Within 30 days after delivery you may return any product purchased from Teasdale.net or auntpennys.com for a full refund of the product purchase price. All shipping costs are non-refundable. We are only able to process returns and refunds for items purchased from Teasdale.net or Auntpennys.com – we cannot accept returns of products purchased from a retail store.

To process your refund, please include all the unopened items in the original packaging and include the sales invoice marking the names and prices of the items you are returning.
