ORGANIC BEANS

Beans are a nutritional power house and a great addition to any diet. For example, Pinto Beans are chalk full of essential protein and amino acids and make a healthy, cost-effective meat substitute. A single, one-cup serving of black beans provides nearly 15 grams of fiber and 15 grams of protein which is equivalent to the amount in 2 ounces of a meat like chicken or a fish like salmon. Additionally, beans are gluten free.

At Aunt Penny’s we begin with only the highest quality, organic canning beans. To further ensure excellence we purchase each bean specifically by growing region and perform both field and lab tests to insure superior products. Aunt Penny’s offers a variety of beans all of which are organically certified by the USDA and CCOF our third party certifying agency.
